DESTINY FUFILLING MESSAGE: The Spiritual Dullard {Part 2}

THE SPIRITUAL DULLARD _{{Part 2}}

We started this topic yesterday highlighted the need to grow our spiritual intelligence as we grow our physical intelligence. We looked at the consequences of spiritual dullness and the symptoms and attributes of a spiritual dullard.You can access part 1 of the message here

"For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them." {Matt 13:15}

Physical dullness can be in action, outlook and in appearance {visible}. Spiritual dullness is purely spiritual and invisible, yet can be manifested.

21.     Spiritual Gift usage is less effective: God has given everyone gifts but if you don't use it, they begin to be less effective. God is not a waster; if the gifts are not used effectively He will withdraw it gradually. {1Tim 1:6}. Imagine when Moses thought his gift was too much, God took his responsibility and shared it among others. Have the mentality of “I can do all things”

22.    Outsmarted by power of darkness: As a result of spiritual carelessness, a lot people have fallen victims to satanic attack. The enemy has really cheated a lot as a result of spiritual ignorance and dullness. The enemy cheated Samson of his destiny because he was spiritually careless. {Judges 16:5-10}

23.    Controlled by Money: Such people can do virtually anything for the sake of money. This is because such people do not have enough spiritual understanding; dullard.

24.    Disobedience to God & Holy Spirit: A spiritual dullard will find it convenient to disobey God and the holyspirt in other to please world.

25.    Wise in their own eyes: Such so much believe in the power of self; this includes wisdom and knowledge of this world, their capability and so on. Unknown to them that the bible says, we have no confidence in the flesh. The bible even cause such people with the powerful word; “Woe” {Isa 5:21}

26.    Saying there is no God: There are such people that have concluded their believe that there no God; maybe because of their skill, knowledge and expertise. The bible regard to them as “Fools” {Psalm 14:1}

27.    Feeding Flesh than Spirit: Such people will care some much about their flesh that their spirit being. For example some ladies will say they can do all things for God but they can’t take away their earrings, stop wearing mini or stop wearing trousers. {1 Cor 13:3}

28.    Easily disappointed & depressed: The spiritual dullard are not able to hold on to the promises of God; at any little challenges and trial, they feel disappointed.

29.    Inactive in spiritual matters  :The spiritual dullard do not put their energy and passion in the spiritual things; hereby the bible says it is this things that are eternal.{John 6:60-66}

30.    Easily Give-up lose hope & surrender: They give-up easily; the bible regard such people’s strength as weak. {Mat 24:13}

31.    Assumes He knows all: This kind of people think they have all the knowledge and they try to equate their physical knowledge to spiritual knowledge.

32.    Spiritually cold, lacking Spiritual Strength: This people are casual about spirituality and this reduces their spiritual strength.

33.    Being Weary  : The spiritual dullard easily goes weary due to lack of spiritual strength {Gal 6:9}

34.    Pursues Fake Prophet: The kind of people are used to following after prophet and they fall into the wrong hands. Instead equipping themselves with spiritual power, they rely on the fake prophet that mislead and defraud them.

35.    Easily drift to other doctrine: The spiritual dullard are quick to accept any doctrine that is passed to them, even if it goes against the bible{Gal 1:6-9}

36.    Being Impatient: Abraham was impatient to wait for the lord’s promise; this made him take the step (sleeping with Haggai to produce Ishmael) that worked against him and his generation. This singular action have ultimately led to the war and insurgence we are still experiencing till today{Heb 6:13-15}

There is none who understands, there is none who seeks for God {Rom 3:11}

Prayer Points

1.   Father Lord! Revive my spirit man in the name of Jesus.

2.   Lord Jesus, heal my wounded spirit in the name of Jesus.

3.   Every power of spiritual slumber, Die!  In the name of Jesus.

4.   I recover back all that I have lost as a result of spiritual dullness in the name of Jesus.

5.   I refuse to be a spiritual dullard; I am a spiritual genius in the name of Jesus.

Declare these Confessions to yourself:

6.   This year, every gang up against my peace shall scatter in the name of Jesus.

7.   This year, my God shall arise and make me a mysterious wonder in the name of Jesus.

8.   This year, every evil voice speaking against my life, shall be silenced in the name of Jesus.

9.   This year, what others call a problem, shall become promotion for me in the name of Jesus.

10.                   This year, every power that is against my existence, shall Die! In the name of Jesus.
