MY OLD AGE SHALL NOT CRY
It is a pathetic case when a man or woman finds his/herself in a situation of regrets in the latter days of life; the period that are supposed to be a period of rest, a period of peace and succor; it now becomes a period full of regrets and pain; when they begin to say; Had I known? What was I thinking then? What a wasted life! May this not be your portion in Jesus name.
It is very painful and unfortunate when you find a 50 to 60 years old man doing conductor or doing manual labor job; it is pitiful you find a lot of old people in situation that are not Convenient; a situation of tears. Your old age shall not cry in Jesus name.
Many young people are living their life like there is no tomorrow
Some will say, let us enjoy this life, you will only pass through this life once
Man’s life its divide into three
1. Your early years 1 - 12
2. Your teenage years 13 - 20
3. Your active years 21 – 45
4. Your passive years 46- 60
5. Your old age 61-100
Whether you like it or not, this period will come
Remember.....what will happen in the last quarter of your life
This is a very serious matter which every serious person should take very seriously. For you to determine a tearless old age, you need to take the decision today; to need to take action today.
People that find themselves in this awful situation never planned or wished to be there; most of the time this situation is triggered by some factors in the life of that person.
10 Determining Factors that may cause your Old Age To Cry
Factor 1: Laziness

Laziness is resting when you are not tired.
"He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich." {Proverbs 10:4}
"For even when we were with you, we used to give you this order: if anyone is not willing to work, then he is not to eat, either."{2 Thessalonians 3:10}
This is a very serious issue, many people have lost a lot of opportunity just because of laziness. In God's agenda, there is no room for wastage; God is never idle .
A lot of destinies have been truncated on the altar of laziness. In the world today there a lot of factors that feeds our laziness. Such is the internet,
Common Habits to identify a Lazy Person:
v Too much Sleep:
"As the door turneth upon his hinges, so doth the slothful upon his bed." {Proverbs 26:14}.
Just as a door won’t move in any direction without hanging on to its hinges, so is that person that loves sleep too much. All day long all you hear them say is that they can’t wait to get to bed or to lie down.
A lot of people have made a hobby on sleeping. Research says that an average man spends 26years of his lifetime sleeping; even some heavy sleepers will double that.
They go around yawning all the time. It’s hard to get them to do anything that takes away from their sleep time. They aren’t going very far from their place of rest.
v Love excuses:
"The slothful man saith, There is a lion without, I shall be slain in the streets." {Proverbs 22:13}
It has been said that if you don’t want to do something that any excuse will do. No one can find more excuses to not do something than the person who is too lazy to do anything.
v “know-it-all” & Un-teachable Character:
"The sluggard is wiser in his own conceit than seven men that can render a reason." { Proverbs 26:16 }.
They will tell you why they can’t do something and find every reason in the world why they are right in their assumption. You can’t argue with a lazy person. There are a lot of people who will starve to death before they will admit that they are lazy but they won’t work for anything less than top salary.
v They are procrastinators.
They always put things off until the last minute and are always late for everything, if they show up at all. They never finish anything they start but find every excuse for not continuing with any project. They tire very easily and just give up rather than to attempt to improve.
v Irritate Others, especially those who are busy:
Busy people with a vision and a dream to chase don’t have much patience or compassion for those who are not.
"As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to them that send him."{ Proverbs 10:26}
Don’t expect a sluggard to get the job done. If you do, you will always be disappointed. Their inactivity and bad attitude will put a bitter taste in your mouth and make your eyes water with aggravation and you will, most likely, have to do the job yourself anyway.
Factor 2: Lack of Vision

Another determining factor that make people regret at their old age is when they do not sit down at their early stage and have a vision.

14. I retrieve my destiny from the cage of witchcraft in Jesus name
15. Every destiny destroyed by polygamy, be reversed, in the name of Jesus.
16. Every witchcraft power working against my destiny, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.
17. Every incantation and ritual working against my destiny, be disgraced, in the name of Jesus.
18. Every power of darkness assigned against my destiny, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.
19. Every evil power trying to re-programme my life, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.
20. I reject every rearrangement of my destiny by household wickedness, in the name of Jesus.
21. O Lord, anytime I want to make a mistake, direct me aright.
22. I refuse to be removed from the divine agenda, in the name of Jesus.
