"Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy sided me." {Isaiah 60:1-4}

 Why is God/Heaven saying, I should rise?

Ans: Isaiah 60:2

For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee

(Darkness in operation)

===> Every darkness targeted against your life shall scatter by fire, in the name of Jesus

The Target Of Darkness

- Cover glorious destiny

- Looks at the person who wants to shine and cover it

===> The target of darkness against your life shall scatter in the name of Jesus

• A lot of people are existing but not noticed

• A lot of people are qualified for job but no job

• A lot of people are sanctified but no placement in life

• A lot of people are beautiful but no one is asking them out for marriage

WHEN THE BIBLE SAYS “ARISE”, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

1. To jump out of your family cage

2. To jump out from the cage from your family

===> Any cage, holding people in your family, I break it now, in the name of Jesus

3. To rebel against darkness

4. To wake from your sleep

5. To rise against

TO SHINE MEANS:

1. To distinguish yourself

2. To be honour

3. A pacesetter among your equals

4. To refuse poverty as a culture

5. To be lifted above unbelievers

6. To rewrite your family history

===> That darkness, covering people in your family, running after you to cover you shall die in the name of Jesus

2.   Family wickedness Ps. 105:17-21

3.   Evil devices Jere. 11:19

4.   Negative background 1 Sam. 9:21

5.   Demonic environment. Acts 8:9

6. Sin

1.   Give your life to Christ- be born again

2.   Repent of all your sins

3.   Violently reject your present condition
