10 MORE REASONS TO PRAY 'THY KINGDOM COME'

The word for today is an urge for us to intercede for the kingdom; part of this intercession is the prayer’ “Thy Kingdom Come”. With this prayer, you can bring the kingdom of God into various aspects your life and the word in general.

Relevance of “Thy Kingdom Come” Prayers

Ø Thy Kingdom could come in your life;

Ø It represent the Dominion of God.

Ø Thy Kingdom could come in your family;

Ø Establish the kingdom of God in government;

Ø Establish the kingdom of God in a Nation.

Ø Destroy the existence of the Power of the enemy.

Ø Raise up new God’s battle axe;

Ø Bring forth breakthroughs in your life;

Ø Make you possess your rightful possession as a believer;

Ø Makes it difficult for Satan to operate;

Ø Prevent Tragedy and sudden destruction.

Ø Make Heaven our eternal Inheritance.

10 More Reasons to Pray 'Thy Kingdom Come'

Please have a careful look at these 10 passages of Scriptures, and see if they stir something deep within your Spirit to start thirsting earnestly for the soon coming of the Kingdom of God. If you feel it deeply, please pray it deeply. That may be why you were born for a time like this – to be a harbinger of the imminent arrival of the Kingdom.

(1) “Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.” (Isaiah 9:7)

(2) “…he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer….” (Revelation 20:1-3)

(3) “… the creation (nature) itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.” (Romans 8:21)

(4) “… I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call upon the name of the Lord and serve him with one accord." (Zephaniah 3:9)

(5) “He will swallow up death forever; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces, and the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for the LORD has spoken." (Isaiah 25:8)

(6) “The wolf shall dwell with the lamb … and the calf and the lion and the fattened calf together; and a little child shall lead them…. and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play over the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder's den. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain; FOR THE EARTH SHALL BE FULL OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE LORD AS THE WATERS COVER THE SEA.” (Isaiah 11:6-9)

(7) "It shall come to pass in the latter days ... many nations shall come, and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.” (Micah 4:1-2)

(8) "… they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore; " (Micah 4:3)

(9) “And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. HE WILL DWELL WITH THEM, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.” (Revelation 21:3)

(10) "On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have set watchmen; all the day and all the night they shall never be silent. You who put the Lord in remembrance, take no rest, and give him no rest until he establishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise in the earth." (Isaiah 62:6-7)

Prophecies are activated when the people of God, through revelation or understanding, are motivated to earnestly pray God’s will/purpose may come to pass.
